I like roasting my pumpkin seeds a little different (and sweeter) than the traditional recipe. And these were just as popular!
Pumpkin seeds from 1 pumpkin
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oil
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp ground allspice
½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Wash and dry pumpkin seeds, then place in small bowl.
- Mix with oil, salt, cloves, allspice cinnamon, brown sugar, and ½ the white sugar.
- Bake at 350 for about 7-10 minutes. Remove, mix around, then put them in for another 7-10 minutes. Watch them closely so they don’t burn!
- Remove from oven, then mix with the remaining sugar. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
